Bad Management

So, Ash Creek Saloon was at one point the best restaurant to eat ribs in Fairfield County. Now a days, if you decide to eat at any of the 2 locations, I recomened that you call in advance before having a nightmare. Apparently, both locations have new management and chef. Let start with the new location in Bridgeport, Adam, the new general manager has too much on his plate, placing liquor, dry good, food orders. Do the kitchen and waitstaff sschedule. Chris, the big shot chef from Miami, who apparently can't cook Baby Back or Spare Ribs without burning the shit out them. What the Hell, are the owners thinking? for the past 2 months, this place has had no lobster bisque, have been running out of ribs early, dressings have not been consisted. The chef hangs out at the end of the bar, while the cooks are sweating their asses off to make this guy look somewhat ok. Instead of helping them, Chris rather leave early and not do any prep work for the following day or stay when the kitchen is short staff. It's my understanding, that a Chef runs the kitchen and if someone doesn't show up for the shift it's the chefs responsibility to cover that shift , make sure that all the prep is done before service and that all the products ,that makes up a menu is in stock. Norwalk, may not be open much longer if this is also going on there.
Customers, are getting upset and the waitstaff are not happy also having to deal with unhappy customer every time they have to mention what's on the 86 list. This not what they sined up for.
Owners, make a change sooner, then later before you lose both places.
